Product
We launch our new variant in taste like Salted Flavor that consist of Chicken flavor and Vegetables and Sweet Flavor that consist of Banana & Walnut and chocolate because we think that the plain taste of the original Quaker Oats are not liked by any certain of people. But with new variant n taste we hope that people in any certain of age from teenagers even until child will taste the Quaker Oat Meal.
Price
We also choose the penetration way in launch our new product because we think that if we use this kind of way, we can enter the market easily. For example; when we look at that price in the supermarket we just think that with the same price as the old one, we can choose the new variant. And later we will increase the price step by step.
